Work Culture:

Spirit of Wipro
Created to reflect the core of what Wipro stands for, 'The Spirit of Wipro' attempts to bring Wipro culture back to the roots with which we began our journey. This concept is not only rooted in current reality, but it also represents what Wipro aspires to be, thus making it future active.

The Spirit of Wipro' is best represented through the following three statements.

Intensity to win: Make customers successful. Team, Innovate, Excel.

Act with sensitivity: Respect for the individual. Thoughtful and responsible.

Unyielding integrity: Delivering on commitments. Honesty and fairness in action.

Today, Wipro stands on yet another threshold. Our strong foundation in values, our deep expertise in different businesses, along with our presence and goodwill in the global marketplace gives us the opportunity to move towards an exciting future.
'The Spirit of Wipro' represents what the Wipro endeavour is all about. It is the core that has driven each Wiproite over the years and will continue to do so. By encouraging lateral growth, we provide our employees the confidence to look beyond their immediate skill base. This helps them grow within the organisation while creating an awareness of self-initiative. It is this environment of innovative expression that keeps 'The Spirit of Wipro' alive.
